Yvonne pays attention to detail and keeps a high level of quality in every aspect of her brand. She is directly involved in every element that makes up Alpha Rose, from providing creative direction to the marketing of the brand. This makes her a very powerful woman and role model for all women with dreams and aspirations. With all of her success she manages to be a married woman, as well as be a trustee to a Non-Governmental Organization that economically empowers women. (Zimbabwe Women Economic Empowerment Support)
Yvonne is therefore a mixture of a very hard-working successful woman with a softer compassionate side. This translates into her fashion label, Alpha Rose's design philosophy. The House of Alpha Rose makes clothing that empowers a woman, by showing off her strength through elegant pieces and her softer side with feminine pieces. The clothing line manages to celebrate women while retaining the woman's dignity and class.

AW2012 Lookbook: at Jacana Gardens
The House of Alpha Rose is a week away from showing at Zimbabwe Fashion Week 2012 and this is an update to what the brand has been up to in 2012. The brand has bloomed with the renovations for the opening of their first shop, redesigning their website and the AW2012 collection to name a few.
The photo-shoot for the Lookbook took place at the lovely Award-winning venue Jacana Gardens at 14 Jacana Drive, Borrowdale,Harare. The owners Rian and Willem won a National Architectural award in 1994. It has a casual chic look and uses Zimbabwean art pieces to further enhance the great architecture. It was built and decorated using the 3000 year old Feng Shui philosophy to design the venue. Like the Alpha Rose brand, Jacana Gardens is the essence of style.
The AW2012 Collection 'Kaleidoscope' was inspired by the vibrancy of Autumn and Winter in Zimbabwe. The mixture of very green and colourful state of the winter season. The AW2012 collection was modelled by Miss Priscilla Chigariro at Jacana Gardens.
